We deliver in person so special delivery requests can be catered for.

Payments are either through PayPal (do not pay by PayPal if your postcode is not listed in our delivery area), bank transfer or cash on delivery so all your personal bank details are kept safe with a trusted secure payment service. We deliver to where you ask us and if you're paying on line you don't even have to be in to accept the order, as long as you tell us a safe place to leave the goods that is where we will put them. All orders in this area willl be delivered in person by a company representative, you can ask any questions of them. You can request that the take the delivery inside your property to assist you. However please note that orders under £25.00 carry a delivery charge of £5.00

Card payments can be taken on the telephone with your order,or you can pay online via PayPal or Bank Transfer. Payment upon delivery is required in cash. Cheques will only be accepted by prior agreement.


If you are not in for delivery the goods can be left as long as payment has been made, without payment goods will not be left and a delivery charge will be added for the 2nd visit

If you are outside of our delivery area and place an order without contacting us first and then pay via PayPal we will cancel the order and refund your payment less the fees deducted by PayPal as these are not refunded to us. Julie runs this side of our busisness with her daughter Hayley and both have been dog training for many years. Classes are offered at two locations in Stratford upon Avon or 1 to 1 training can also be offered tailered to suit you and your dogs needs.

For the last few years both Julie and Hayley have been asked by the Kennel Club to judge their Good Citizen Scheme at the Gun Dog Show at The Three Counties Show ground and in 2018 Julie had the honour of being asked to judge the scheme at Crufts.
